Want to get involved with awis baltimore?

AWIS Baltimore is always in need of volunteers to keep out chapter running! Elections for our Executive Board are held annually in the Spring. Terms will start on July 1 and last for one year. We ask that individuals interested in joining our Executive Board make sure they are members of AWIS Baltimore by the time that their term starts. In addition to our Executive Board, there are plenty of opportunities for members and non-members to volunteer with AWIS Baltimore.

AWIS Baltimore Committees is an opportunity for you:

To expand your network – meet new and exciting people in diverse backgrounds, make important contacts, expand your career options.
For personal growth – build new skills or refine existing skills, gain leadership experience, learn about teamwork.
To give back to the community – support a cause and make a positive impact.

For now, AWIS Baltimore will focus on forming a Programs Committee and Public Relations Committee but we hope to create more committees and volunteer opportunities as we continue to grow.
