Executive Board 2025-2026 Elections

It is our pleasure to announce the upcoming AWIS Baltimore 2025-2026 Executive Board Elections!

To be considered on the ballot for the 2025-2026 Executive Board, please fill out the candidacy form by 11:59 PM May 25th. For details on available roles and responsibilities, please see the description of positions and responsibilities document. Terms will start July 1st, 2025 and end June 31st 2026.

Please note, you do not have to be a current member of AWIS to run for a position. The AWIS Greater Baltimore Chapter now covers the monetary fees for all Executive Board members and will cover the fees for any new Executive Board members. 

Once nominations are received, a survey will be sent out to vote for candidates. If you would like to vote in the elections, please make sure you join AWIS before the elections start. Remember, if you are student or postdoctoral researcher at the University of Maryland-Baltimore, University of Maryland-Baltimore County, or Towson University, your institution has covered the monetary fee of your membership.
